To create an address in our matelso platform and subsequently book numbers, we require proof of address. This proof must be an official document that provides information about the location where the number will be used.

The proof can be provided in various forms. The only requirement is that it must be submitted as a PDF document.

Acceptable documents include, for example, a commercial register extract or different types of invoices that show the consumption location to be registered. These invoices may include electricity, water, gas, or telephone bills. A rental agreement can also be used as proof of address.
