To book a number in the matelso platform, go to the “Configuration” tab on the left side of the screen. Then navigate down to the “Communication” section, where you will find the menu item “Phone Numbers.”

On the following page, you will see a list of all numbers that have been booked so far. If you want to book a new number, click the plus icon in the upper-right corner of the list.

A window will then open where you can assign a name to the number pool (for easy identification), select the team for which the pool should be booked, enter the address to which the numbers will be registered, and, of course, define the size of the phone number pool.

For example, if you want to book a pool of 10 phone numbers for the “Sales” team, the setup might look like this:

After booking the numbers, they will appear in the list. The booked numbers can then be used within the platform.
