In the matelso platform, you can manage companies as separate entities.
This article shows you the different ways to create new companies in the matelso platform.

Option 1: Company list page

You can create a new company on the company list page using the “+” button.
You can access the list page directly via the “Companies” menu item.

Option 2: Quick action in the menu

In the “Company” menu item, there is also a “+” button available as a quick action, which you can use to conveniently create a new company.

Option 3: Central search function

The platform-wide search in the upper left corner of the user interface also offers the option to create a company.
After performing a search—regardless of whether an existing company was found or not—you can create a new company at any time using the “+” button.

Option 4: During or after a conversation

A new company can also be created during or after a conversation.

The matelso platform offers numerous intuitive ways to create new companies—depending on which work process you are currently in. This allows you to quickly create new companies in a context-sensitive manner.
