A telephone call is a communication type in the matelso platform. A communication type belongs to a conversation. For example, a conversation can have multiple communications.

To answer a telephone call, you must always accept the conversation first. Here is a short video that shows this process:

A telephone call that can be answered will be found in the matelso platform queue:

After selecting the conversation, you will be taken to a window that we call the active conversation. The communication (telephone call) is located at the top left. Click on the green receiver to accept the telephone call:
