Setting up a custom integration #
Step 1: In the matelso Control Panel, go to “Integations 2.0” via the menu: #

Step 2: In the next window, click on “Individual – Custom Integration” when selecting the various integrations: #

Step 3: You can freely choose a suitable name such as “SMS Push”: #

Step 4: Decide when to send an SMS. #
The following options are available:
- “Post Call” – The SMS is sent after the phone call. The advantage here is that further information such as the length of the call is available
- “Pre Call” – The SMS is sent directly at the start of the call.

Step 5: Set the situations in which you want to send an SMS: #
The function is called a filter. If no filter is set up, an SMS is sent for every call.
Here we have the click path on how to set a filter for missed calls.
Please note that the information as to whether a call is answered or missed depends on the telephone system of the forwarding destination. For example, if the telephone system has a waiting loop, every call is displayed as answered.

Step 6: Define content for the push: #
There are a few values here that are always the same and others that you have to fill in appropriately.

The method remains on “GET” by default.
You now add further GET parameters. Enter the name in the parameter field and the desired content in the Content field.

Then click on Add.
Please simply copy the following parameters directly from this template:
Account = 0
BillId = 0
RefId = 0
SessionId_Partner = 0
Type = 4

Add the two parameters Partner ID and PartnerPassword. It must be the password of the main user with the partner ID as the user name.

Step 7: Insert the Destination parameter with the destination number, SMSText and SMSSender: #
Here you can also use our DDD (Data Definition Dictionary) to store certain information from the matelso data. Examples include sending the caller number in the SMS text or always sending the SMS to the caller:

However, you can set the content as required, here is just one example:

Step 8: Set up the destination of the pushes: #
This goal is always fixed and should ideally only be achieved via our systems with custom integration:

When entering the information in the appropriate fields, you must ensure that some content is split up:

Step 9: Save the custom integration push and link it to the desired pools: #

The configuration is now complete and you can get started live!
