A matelso call tracking number can be routed in two different ways:

1. Via the telephone network to a telephone number, landline, mobile phone or (with restrictions) service numbers
2. To a SIP trunk, to a SIP address

You can find the setting directly in the Control Panel, in the phone number configuration, in the Routing tab:

Select the wanted number pool, then switch to the Routing tab.

The SIP address can then be entered here.
This basically completes the configuration for matelso.

The system that is to receive the calls via VoIP may require some additional information or an entry in the firewall. We have compiled a list of useful information for this purpose:
