If a Google Ads account is registered with matelso, an access request is sent to the Google Ads account. The access request must be accepted in the Google Ads account. #

In the matelso Control Panel, an hourglass symbol is displayed in the status after the registration of the Google Ads account:

This means that the Google Ads account is registered. You need to make sure that the connection request is accepted by matelso in your Ads account.

What do I have to do in Google Ads? #

1. click on settings in the start overview:

2. select account access:

3. accept access via “Administrative accounts”:

4. after approving the access request, the Ads account is displayed in the control panel like this:

The approval process may take a few minutes.
