We’re launching a new MarCom team!

May we introduce…our new matelso MarCom team

Currently a lot is going on in our MarTech company: Not only concerning the strategic, but also in our development as a company. In addition to new processes that support the market launch of our communication based lead management solution matelso platform, we are also creating a more focused marketing strategy. In particular, our lead management system, but also our award-winning Call Tracking technology, will be positioned more strongly in the market. In the future, this will be ensured by the new, four-strong Marketing Communication team (MarCom): Iwen Kuhn, William Wells, Laura Schmitt and Danny Andris. The focus will be on topics such as brand design, product staging, digital marketing and marketing automation, as well as PR and events.

In addition to actively marketing our products and services in the areas of lead management, Call Tracking and consulting, the interdisciplinary team will also improve employer branding and internal communications. Furthermore, it will support the specialist departments (Sales and Product Management) with fresh ideas and content.

The matelso Marketing Communication Team

The new Team Lead Marketing Communication & MarTech is Iwen Kuhn. In addition to budget and resource planning, the online marketing and tech specialist is also responsible for product staging, data-driven marketing and MarTech setup. He knows our solutions, technology and DNA inside out and has been on board for over seven years in various positions – most recently as Key Account Manager.

William Wells takes on the new position of Lead PR & Corporate Publishing. The PR and communications expert is responsible for the entire area of external communications – from topic identification and press relations to content planning and creation, and social media communications. He joined us a year ago as Manager Corporate Communication from the Cologne-based digital agency dotfly. 

Laura Schmitt, another long-time colleague, is also joining the new team: As Senior Brand Manager & Designer, she is now responsible for all audiovisual communication products and measures and ensures that we present ourselves consistently both internally and externally – on the website, events, social media and in the new company building, which we expect to open in August. She has been with us for almost nine years and brings her acquired branding and industry know-how to bear in creating visual accents and image worlds and consistently developing them further – always precisely fitting and business-oriented to the brand. 

The fourth member of our MarCom team is Danny Andris. As a Junior Brand Manager & Designer (in training), he works closely with the team to stage our brand audiovisually – in print, on the website and at events. His focus is on video, photography and graphic design.

 

The first successes can already be seen and experienced: In addition to the new website and eight external events implemented so far, several new customers have been won for the matelso platform on the basis of the measures created. These include brands such as Autohaus Mothor, Pflegehilfe Schweiz AG and BCS Mobile GmbH. And there has also been a lot of activity in the area of Call Tracking: We were able to win over brands such as Anticimex (Germany and Switzerland) and nyxoah Belgium for our technology and expand our cooperation with existing customers such as SIXT and Vodafone.
