Our company history
A lot has happened since we were founded in Stuttgart in 2006: Not only have we grown economically and brought many new colleagues on board, but we have also developed significantly in terms of technology and content.

Frank G. Froux is the founder and CEO of matelso, a martech company based in Kaiserslautern that was launched in 2006. With around 25 years of experience in the IT and tech industry, the industrial engineer and tech enthusiast is constantly driven by one idea: to offer his customers value-adding digital solutions and platforms that help them achieve their business goals.

We are matelso—a team of around 50 experts in Kaiserslautern who have been pursuing a common goal for 20 years: turning data into real success stories.
What drives us? Curiosity, passion, and the conviction that smart communication is the key to better relationships between companies and customers. With our platform, we help companies understand leads, use marketing budgets wisely, and bring customer journeys to life.
Whether automotive manufacturers, telecommunications companies, or digital agencies – many well-known brands already rely on our solutions (some for years). And us? We work every day to make the future of communication a little easier, more human, and more successful.

Kaiserslautern location – our home!
Kaiserslautern is more than just a location for us—it’s our home. Many of our team members come from the region, as does our founder and CEO Frank G. Froux. Here, we have everything we need to continue growing: proximity to the Technical University of Kaiserslautern and other universities, exciting tech companies, and lots of fresh ideas.
And best of all: since the end of 2022, we have finally moved into our new home: our company building on Europahöhe – the matelso Inspiration Hub! For us, it’s more than just an office! It’s a place to work, meet, and be creative. A home that inspires us to keep coming up with new solutions for our customers.
